If Limited AKC registration is marked, The puppy is under a spay/neuter clause.
SPAY/NEUTER CLAUSE:
The puppy must be spayed/neutered by the age of eight(8) months. Buyer must send proof of the spay/neuter in the form of a licensed vet certificate to the seller along with tthe licensed veterinarian address and phone number. If buyer does not provide proof within 7 business days of the eight (8) month birthday of puppy, any and all health guarantee will be null/void.

The puppy will not be shipped or delivered until the full price of puppy and shipping is(if shipping) or delivery fee is paid in full.
The puppy purchased from Cassandra Baker/Baker's Cove Great Danes is guaranteed to be healthy at time of purchase and time of delivery. The guarantee covers any genetic defects or genetic disease for the period of (1) one year after the birth date of puppy, excluding size and any change of color as the puppy grows. To take advantage of guarantee, the buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of buyer's choice within (3) business days of delivery, and send the breeder, Cassandra Baker/Baker's Cove Great Danes, a repot of the exam, within (10) ten business days.
In the event, the buyer keeps the puppy and abides by the above stipulations, the buyer is then entitled to the (12) twelve month health guarantee against genetic defects or genetic disease.
If in the
initial exam, the veterinarian detects a genetic defect or genetic disease, the buyer must
contact Cassandra Baker with a veterinary report immediately.
If a claim is made within a year of the puppy's birth date the breeder reserves the right to have the puppy examined by their choice of veterinarian within 24 hours of claim. If a claim is made, a full
refund of purchase price of the puppy is given to buyer, only if the puppy is returned to
Baker's Cove Great Danes along with all original paperwork(AKC Puppy Papers or if puppy is already transferred to buyers name as owner it must be transferred back to Baker's Cove Great Danes before puppy is shipped back or picked up by breeder), Or if buyer chooses to keep the puppy, only half of the purchase price of puppy will be refunded to buyer and no other claims may be made thereafter. If a claim is made, ALL vet reports, test results and copies of x-rays must be reviewed by Baker's Cove Great Danes veterinarian of choice before money is refunded.
The buyer has read and understands the puppy guarantee and acknowledges that the initial exam must be made within (3) business days of purchase and delivery and that submissions of veterinary reports are conditions precedent to the effectiveness of guarantee.
